Roland Schmidt is the founder and head of training at RSS Diving Academy. With over 20 years of experience, he oversees all training programs and ensures that every course meets the highest standards of quality and safety. As a passionate diver and dedicated training director, he has guided and inspired hundreds of divers on their journey from their very first breaths underwater to professional certification.
