This is the course that starts it all! Float weightlessly through the water and experience thrilling underwater adventures together. If you want to learn to dive and discover the magnificent underwater world: your diving adventure starts here. In this course, you will learn the practical and theoretical fundamentals of diving. During the course, under the supervision of your PADI instructor, you will make at least five dives in the pool and four dives in the lake. Upon completion, you will receive your PADI OpenWaterDiver certification. With this card, you can rent diving tanks and equipment. Wherever you dive, your PADI certification is recognized everywhere. The PADI OpenWaterDiver course is the world's most well-known diving course and has already introduced millions of people to the diving lifestyle.

Discover Scuba Diving offers you this experience. 💰 COURSE FEE PER STUDENT • Pool: CHF 125.- • Lake: CHF 100.- ✓ INCLUDED IN COURSE FEE • Rental equipment (buoyancy jacket, regulator, mask, fins) 🎓 THEORY • Introduction to the underwater world • Equipment and underwater behavior 👕 REQUIRED EQUIPMENT • Swimwear (for lake: complete diving equipment - can be rented) ⚡ PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS • Minimum age: 10 years • Parental consent form required for minors ℹ️ GENERAL INFORMATION • Conducted by arrangement • Course fee credited toward full OWD course completion (within one year)

The Holiday Open Water Course This is the course that starts it all! Float weightlessly through the water and experience thrilling underwater adventures together. If you want to learn to dive and discover the magnificent underwater world: your diving adventure starts here. In this course, you will learn the practical and theoretical fundamentals of diving. During the course, under the supervision of your PADI instructor, you will make at least five dives in the pool. You complete the open water dives at your holiday resort. Upon completion, you will receive a referral form for your instructor at your holiday resort. (You also have the option to complete the course with us in Egypt/Hurghada at favorable rates.) 💳 Course fee per student: CHF 550.- (Open water training not included) ✓ Included in the course fee: • Complete diving equipment (rental) • PADI OWD e-Learning • RDP Dive Table • Certification & Logbook 🤔 Required equipment: • ABC equipment (diving mask, snorkel, fins) 🎦 Course program: • Approx. 1½ hours theory exam (Quick Review) • 5 pool or open water lessons • Time commitment: approx. 2 half days • Course duration: 1-2 days ❗ Participation requirements: • Minimum age: 10 years • Medical clearance not older than 1 year ɩ General information: This course includes pool lessons only. Open water lessons are paid at your holiday resort.
